LUDOP COLLECTIVE
Back to YALP!
Counting on the diverse expertise of members based in Mexico & Europe, our collective journey began in Elefsina in 2024, as we met for the Trust in Play Summer School. Since then, we have embraced playfulness and games as learning tools and decline them in various formats according to the opportunities we encounter, trying to meet the needs of the context with the interests and skills of the players.

Our common stand is to play games as a way to explore the world. By collectively telling stories, designing tabletop and urban games, and playing live-action role-play games (LARP) we have seen how play helps people to switch or suspend their perspectives on daily life, opening them up to surprises and collaboration. Coherent with this belief, we promote a critical approach to game design and play to nourish a plurality of social relationships.

What makes Ludop Collective special is that each member comes from a different background, bringing in a specific set of interests and expertise complementing each other. We want to share our rich approach in designing playful experiences with other people, inspire new players and synergies to address urgent issues.
We believe through such playful approaches cool ideas can sparkle and fun relations begin!
